Kuami Eugene’s mum surprises him after

Newly crowned artiste of the year, in Ghana Kuami Eugene had the biggest surprise during an interview with Abeiku Santana on the Monday edition of Okay FM’s drive time show.

  • As the “open gate” hitmaker was overwhelmingly surprised when his mother was connected on phone during the show, Kwami Eugene stated his mum hardly talks in public and this is her first time speaking on radio and TV.

The woman  was thankful to God for his goodness upon her son and also was very appreciative of the role and impact lynx entertainment have had on the artiste of the year.

She also took the opportunity to thank Ghanaians for their support and love to His son ever since he burst on to the limelight.

She later cleared the doubts with regards to the age of Kuami Eugene and said the newly crowned Ghana’s artiste of the year is just 23 years old.

University of Ghana assignments will now be marked over 70 per-cent

Student of university of Ghana will be graded over 70 percent for assignments while examination results are marked over 30 percent as against the reverse that until now, was the practice at the tertiary institution.  The decision according to the deam of student of the university professor Godfrey Alufar bokpin is occasioned by the difficulties brought to learning and teaching due to the out break of the covid19. He added that student retuning to school will have limited academic work and so more emphasis would be concentrated on assignments more than it would be on examinations.  Prof. Bokpin made this known in an interview in Accra during which he assured student that their concerns to the university management have all been taken into consideration and that they have put in all necessary adjustments to ensure the planned short time for the semester is without any challenges.
